Thank you for purchasing a piece of jewelry from the Tina Negri Jewelry Collection. Each design is a one-of-a-kind, handcrafted with the highest attention to quality and detail.  With proper care, your jewelry will retain its beauty for years to come. 

Metals: Storing your jewelry in its felt pouch will help prevent tarnish and protect it from scratches. A natural characteristic of sterling silver is that it will tarnish when exposed to air.  To maintain its soft, low-luster finish, gently polish with an anti-tarnish polishing cloth as needed.  Avoid liquid dip cleaners or ultrasonic cleaners, as they may remove the intentional oxidation (the darkened accents). Gold pieces may also be hand-polished with a soft anti-tarnish polishing cloth. Harsh cleaners are not recommended or necessary.

Normal everyday wear and your individual body chemistry may cause the sterling silver, 14K gold, or other metals to gradually take on a brighter shine. This natural transformation makes each piece even more personal to you. 

Semi-Precious Stones: Because semi-precious stones are natural, slight variations in color and shading are to be expected- adding to the uniqueness of your piece. Avoid getting opals or the Twisty and Stone Pendants wet, whether through showering or swimming. Water may permeate beneath the stones, leading to potential color changes that are irreversible. This type of exposure will void the jewelry’s warranty.

Precious Stones: Although durable, we recommend removing your jewelry before sleeping or showering. Daily exposure to water, soaps, or lotions may alter the finish or surface appearance over time.
